The mental moment offers one hour of Self Guided life coaching at the power hour rate. Here is your chance to save yourself and your wallet. This is 4 1-hour sessions to unpack and decompress. Ideal for those who need to refresh and get some things out or maybe you can’t afford official therapy and just need some time with a professional together yourself and your thoughts. These sessions can be book for in person in studio or even virtually. Travel option available and travel fee will apply.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact at least 2 hours in advance to change or cancel your session. For rescheduling requests please allow 24 hours to approve. All deposits are non refundable and no full refunds on any service that has been started or has met it’s start time.
