The mental moment offers one hour of Self Guided life coaching at the power hour rate. This is an hour to unpack and decompress. Ideal for those who need to refresh and get some things out or maybe you can’t afford official therapy and just need some time with a professional together yourself and your thoughts. These sessions can be book for in person in studio or even virtually. Travel option available and travel fee will apply.
Cancellation Policy
The power hour session is pre- paid and nonrefundable but can be redeemed at or rescheduled for a later date. The specials are limited space and are offered monthly.
